The Disability Vote Coalition provided public comments at the February 2nd meeting of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC).
We asked the Commission to take action to protect the rights of disabled voters to have ballot return assistance under the Federal Voting Rights Act and as clarified in Judge Petersons’ August 2022 Order.
In addition, our comments addressed the WEC report on Polling Place Accessibility Reviews, concerns about the accessibility of the Dominion ICE equipment, and rulemaking for election observers.
