From Wisconsin BPDD: Survival Coalition’s Disability Advocacy Day is CANCELED for this year due to concerns about containing the spread of Coronavirus. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is recommending that large meetings and gatherings be canceled or held remotely as a strategy to slow the spread of the virus in Wisconsin. We are discussing a free webinar-based option for the day and will let people know more within a few days. We are in the process of notifying those who already registered and will refund their payments.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are very sorry to miss Disability Advocacy Day and seeing everyone in person. However, safety and prevention of illness are our top priorities.
