Comment to WEC: Uphold Voting Rights of Congregate Facilities Residents

DRW’s Barbara Beckert asked the Wisconsin Election Commission to take every action possible to support and uphold the voting rights of residents of nursing homes, group homes and other congregate facilities and ensure they have an opportunity to cast a ballot, including accommodations, as needed.  The March 2^nd WEC meeting addressed options to support residents of care facilities to vote in the April 6th election.
