Public Comment to the WEC on “Indefinitely Confined” Provision

The Disability Vote Coalition provided public comment to the Wisconsin Elections Commission at the February 3rd Commission meeting, responding to the WEC’s November 3, 2020 Election Data Report.  We addressed the importance of Wisconsin’s “Indefinitely Confined” provision for many voters with disabilities, and the need to support the voting rights of residents who live in group homes, nursing homes, and other care facilities.
